Designing and building a home is a decision, one that involves considerate planning. Often, we find ourselves in the middle of a debate between couples battling out the finer details. The menacing ‘he said, she said’ scenario.
This design strives to eliminate or reduce the decision making with its functional floorplan with plenty of features also providing further opportunity for enhancements along the way.
Downstairs, the ensuite and walk-in robe emit a sense of hotel luxury to the master suite, complete with a deep recessed bath,
The dining, living and kitchen area are large opening to both the alfresco and connecting to the theatre, which also serves well as a multipurpose room.
Upstairs, the children are well entertained with a large activity room and good-sized bedrooms complete with robes has a bathroom with its own bath too.
Nowadays contemporary design see’s so many skillions and cubist shapes (which don’t get us wrong – we’re a fan of too) but there’s still something so appealing about a traditional pitched roof that we love to see.
The façade lends itself to incorporating a mixture of materials or blended colour palette for the owner to put their own personality on.
From our point of view, what we love to see is what everyone said goes and everyone is happy.
