Banksy’s in Perth – but we got there first
May, 2025The Art of Banksy: “Without Limits” exhibition has officially landed in Perth, and it’s edgier than a spray-painted stencil on a freshly painted underpass.
More than 200 Banksy works – 95 of them original – are now on display at Perth’s Northbridge Centre. It’s bold, it’s cheeky, and it’s not afraid to spray-paint bold statements. Remind you of anyone? (Ahem … hi … over here!)
Now, while Banksy might have Northbridge’s walls sorted in the short-term, we’ve got something that’s equally edgy and a lot more permanent – with better plumbing, too.
Enter Banksy’s Retreat: our award-winning home design that nods to the renegade spirit of the street-art legend, minus the threat of it self-destructing when you walk in.
Banksy’s Retreat doesn’t come with political statements or rats in parachutes, but it does have raked ceilings, oversized windows, and the kind of street appeal that’ll have your neighbours talking (in a good way).
There’s a hallway that doubles as your own private gallery (your kids’ fridge art finally gets the spotlight it deserves), a theatre room that could easily be your creative lair, and a kitchen so stylish even the most elusive street artist would want to break bread there. Upstairs? A retreat within a retreat. Think spa-worthy ensuite, freestanding bath, and a walk-in robe big enough to host a Banksy retrospective.
So, before you throw on your hoodie and head to the exhibition, take a look at Banksy’s Retreat. It’s where attitude meets architecture.
Ready to unleash your inner artist? We’ve got the canvas, you bring the spray.
