To mark National Careers Week, we asked our Design Manager Darren Spragg about the best job of all: designing homes for our clients!
“It’s great to be involved in the client discovery process,” Darren says. “It’s a personal process where they reveal a lot about the way they want to live; it invites a lot of trust, and to manage that relationship with trust and respect is the most rewarding.”
Once he’s got to know the clients, the fun really starts – designing a home that celebrates individuality and creativity: “I love the first reveal of the design after the initial meetings – when the clients see how their ideas have come to life.”
