A coastal North Coogee residence proves that you really can have it all. Our clients requested a cosy
home perfectly suited to a compact block close to the beach – with one small catch … they wanted to include a separate, private guest suite that could be used by both their older daughter and ageing mother.

This design challenge inspired the home’s aesthetic and floorplan, resulting in an Art Deco-style residence that offers relaxed coastal comfort for the clients, and a private sanctuary for visiting family and Airbnb guests.

The two-storey, multi-generational North Coogee is free-flowing and welcoming, making the most of its beachside location and ocean views.
