Our lovely client, Sue, sits at the kitchen island benchtop in her new custom home. Built by Residential Attitudes.

Holiday mode, year round.

When Sue and Graeme made the sea-change to Halls Head, they wanted a home that felt open, but connected. Life by the water shaped every part of the design, from the light-filled living spaces to the strong connection to the outdoors.

“Our attitude to living is all about the water, the openness, the lifestyle and bringing family and friends together.”

With mid-century modern influence and a subtle Palm Springs feel, the home has a relaxed coastal energy and plenty of personality. The kitchen was a major focus, with a scullery that keeps everything working hard behind the scenes while the main space stays open and ready to entertain.

“This home has exceeded our expectations.”
