We have just completed building our new home with Residential Attitudes and received our keys a couple of weeks ago. The reason for this letter is to give recognition and thanks to our Site Supervisor Mel Coppolina. We found that he always exacted the highest standard from the tradespeople/subcontractors working for him and that gave us peace of mind that the quality and workmanship would meet our expectations as the clients. We felt that he wasnt prepared to compromise on this quality and that not only was this going to be our home in the future but a showcase for his effort and skills in supervising the construction. Mel took a very hands on approach to his job, if something needed doing he got in there and did it. We feel Mel definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and nothing was too big or too small for him to deal with. We were told early on in the construction process that Mel is one of, if not the best Site Supervisors at Residential, and we definitely agree with that. We have found Ngan to be a professional, thorough, proactive New Homes Administrator which has been a breath of fresh air. Her assistance, support, flexibility and friendliness has been most appreciated.We also found our site managers in Marty and Mel to be fabulous - especially Mal who has kept us in the loop at every step and been a great communicator. 	Our first introduction to Residential Attitudes was through a display home we visited and we were immediately impressed by the 'groove factor' of the exterior which then extended throughout the home.
