| Residential Attitudes is about building homes that really are great to live in. Homes where every room and every element within them serves a purpose.
We design homes to reflect today’s real way of life and environmental considerations – not homes that mimic styles from less enlightened eras.
Faux-Federation? Faux pas! We are not interested in the real estate agents’ opinion or the trend. Our homes are designed to be down-to-earth in every way.
OUR PEOPLE, YOUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
At Residential Attitudes we are particularly fussy when choosing the people to take you through the building process. We start with knowledgeable and friendly Sales Consultants who work hand in hand with our Designers and Estimators to bring your ideas to fruition. They are also GreenSmart accredited to assist in you obtaining the right sustainable outcomes.
We provide you with your own dedicated New Homes Administrator to look after you from the time you confirm your intention to build with Residential Attitudes right through the building process to key handover. Building Supervisors whose competencies we trust unequivocally; who are focused on outcomes not just production gains; and who also deploy tradespeople who have the knowledge and ability to physically build your home.
NOT JUST A FACADE WITH SOME FRUIT CHUCKED IN
When you won’t hide behind fussy frills, you need to ensure materials and craftsmanship is of the highest standard. In fact, the structural framework and building materials that make up a Residential Attitudes’ home often become design features in their own right.
WHAT ARE OUR FUNDAMENTAL PREFERENCES?
These may not be yours but we wanted to start somewhere. We decided not to give a basic specification and charge for every upgrade. Rather, to treat it like it was our home and what we thought were the right things to include.
By the way, our displayed preferences are our egos getting an outlet and are, in our mind, some of the things that you might like but won’t really change your life. On the other hand, the fundamental is where we think you should be to create a great home. Let’s begin from the ground up. |
