Building a new home is an exciting experience, but at times can seem a little overwhelming, so you need to know you have the right people there with you, every step of the way. Our team are driven by a shared passion for housing excellence and are here to share your journey; to create a home you will be proud to call your own and to ensure the overall home building process is both a positive and rewarding experience.
When Yorkshire-born Kevin “the sausage” Saville isn’t out on the town, he’s building strong ongoing relationships with our clients, helping them achieve their dream home. Kevinsky’s dream home is right here in Perth – his own home by the ocean, where he loves relaxing. When he’s not kicking back though, he’s kicking off his shoes (ask Kevin to show you some moves – he’s a talented tap dancer!).
Russell would like nothing more than to be able to emulate his favourite golfer and childhood hero, Greg ‘The Great White Shark’ Norman, and hop on a private jet for a flight to the USA to play the PGA golf tour. Meanwhile, he’ll happily settle for his favourite Residential Attitudes design, The Penthouse, built on a beachfront block at Hamelin Bay in our South West. “It really suits today’s lifestyle, and the master suite is straight out of Hollywood!”
Marine biologist, lawyer, rock star, businessman, news reader, surfer… Damian couldn’t make his mind up what he wanted to be when he grew up. Luckily, choosing his favourite design was a lot easier. “The Elements. It’s a fantastic looking home!” he says. “And the perfect location for it is at Avalon Point, Port Bouvard.” A keen surfer, Damian loves the passion and commitment of the people he works with at Residential Attitudes.
Miro has a secret fishing spot that he goes to and no amount of arm twisting will get him to reveal it. Believe us, we've tried! When he's not reeling in the big ones he's dreaming of living in his favourite RA design, The Modern on the edge of Lake Como in Italy. No doubt he knows a fishing spot there too. A Fitter & Turner for 7 years, Miro turned to sales and hasn't looked back. He tells us his favourite thing about working at Residential Attitudes is the team environment and he often tells us that we're a great bunch to work with. Frankly, we'd rather he told us where he goes fishing.
BROOK LEBER
Designer
As the mastermind behind the Elements, Brook is a truly talented designer. And like all the best designers, his passion lies in turning a client’s vision into reality by designing a home that captures all of their aspirations and lifestyle requirements. Very noble, we’re sure you’ll agree. Which is why it might come as a surprise to everyone (especially his wife) to learn that, when asked what one thing he couldn’t live without, Brook gave the very ignoble answer, “I can’t live without sport…unless my wife reads this, then my answer is 'My wife'. But really it’s sport."

ADAM MILLER
Designer
Adam revels in the creative freedom he enjoys at Residential Attitudes. He gets a real buzz out of challenging convention and pushing his designs further. Perhaps it’s no surprise then, that he dreams of building his perfect house too, either in the Kimberly or on the coast in Esperance. Slightly more worryingly, Adam also dreams of travelling the world. “What’s so worrying about that?” you ask. Well, apparently he’d like to travel using the transporter from Star Trek… Maybe you should keep that dream quiet Adam.
DANIEL ALLEN
Drafting Manager
A self-confessed sports nut, Daniel just loves his rugby, AFL, baseball, soccer and basketball. Not surprisingly, he’s a real team player and one of the things he likes best about his job as Drafting Manager at Residential Attitudes is the great team environment. Daniel’s favourite Residential Attitudes design is the Elements. “It’s a lot like Manhattan, New York, the place I’d like to build it: stylish, contemporary and great for entertaining.”
(Daniel Allen - Winner 2007 MBA Ric New Rising Star Award)
ALBERTO CANESTRARI
Administration & Estimating Manager
Like his childhood hero, James Bond, Alberto loves fast cars and beautiful women, none more so than his wife, of course! His dream home would be the Elements “…because of its unique character; its assertiveness and balance”. Given a choice, he’d love to build it on the east coast of Bali where he would sit on the balcony with his wife and watch the moon rise over the ocean. Nice, Alberto. Very nice.
SACHA DAVIES
New Homes Administrator
Sacha is a typical sandgroper. She likes nothing more than sunning herself on the beach during the summer. That’s not to say she doesn’t love her job, of course. She looks at Residential Attitudes as a big family, mainly because everyone’s so passionate about what they do, just like she is. As a New Homes Administrator she guides clients and their home building project through the system from start to finish, acting as the first point of contact – a challenge she gets a real kick out of.
SHEILA WEBB
New Homes Administrator
Spirited Donny Osmond fan Sheila, used to go to jelly over the American singer (although Bjorn Borg came a close second, by all accounts). Nowadays though, she’s more focused on making sure our clients are happy throughout the home building process, helping them, as we turn their dreams into reality. As for Sheila’s dreams, well, she’d love to travel the world or help her family move out to W.A from Scotland.
DAVID JONES
Building Manager
Dog-loving Harley Davidson enthusiast David, is a natural in his role. As Building Manager, he’s the guy who manages new home construction. He organises supervisors, oversees starts and quality, co-ordinates suppliers and generally keeps every project on time and within budget. So which home does this building expert love the best? The Modern in Iluka. “The free-flowing design is great and the apartment area is ideal for when family and friends come over from New Zealand,” he says.
DAVID HOCHWALD-JONES
General Manager
As General Manager, David oversees the entire operation here at Residential Attitudes. He’s responsible for the direction of the business, as well as driving our performance. But it’s not all business with David. He’s a big family man. In fact, his hero is his mum who, he says, always put other people first. But as you would expect, he’s fanatical about what we do. He loves the people and the dynamic, creative environment we have here, and he’s just as passionate about our product – his favourite design is the Elements because he believes it’s the epitome of what Residential Attitudes is all about.
