FAQ

Do you design and build One Off homes?

Yes. Residential Attitudes prides itself on our design ability and delivering on brief and on budget results. Although we do have a small number of "standard models" 95% of our work is individual design. In 2010/11 we won the Residential Building Designer of the Year Award from the HIA. If you wish to discuss your ideas please contact one of our consultants via the contact page on this website or alternatively at one of our display homes.

What is included in your homes?

With a custom designed luxury homes we can tailor your needs into your design and make provision for the finishes that you want to see in your home. Contact one of our consultants to discuss this further and how it applies to your design.

How much per M2?

Prices per square metre can be very deceptive and misleading at times. The cost is entirely dependant on the level of detail, finish, size and difficulty of your site. To get a better indication of what your project might cost please contact one of our consultants.

How long will it take to build?

Build times are generally about twelve months. The time for the design and costing process is generally about 8 weeks depending on you and how clear your vision is. The administration and approval time can take between 4 and six months depending on the shire and other variances. If you require more information make an appointment with one of our consultants.

How many homes do you build each year?

We aim to build approximately 30 to 35 homes per year. This allows us to provide a better quality of service to our customers.

During uncertain times can I rely on you being around to complete my home?

Yes. Whilst we are totally independant as a team we share the backing of a larger group. The JWH Group has a very strong balance sheet, is the third largest builder in Australia and has been in existence in various guises for the last 25 years under the guidance of our owner and managing director Mr Julian Walter. We will be around for a long time to come.
