PICTURE YOUR PERFECT HOME. With today’s narrow lots, a practical two-storey design would be ideal. You’d want an open living and dining room for family meals and entertaining. The kitchen would be part of this flowing space, set behind a breakfast bar, with the laundry intelligently tucked away to the side. You'd want a large Alfresco that's a natural that is a natural extention of the internal living space - a covered alfresco with BBQ, sink and conveniant powder room nearby. You’d definitely want a generous home theatre, big enough for the whole family or a group of friends to enjoy, but separate from the main communal area, providing maximum flexibility. You'd also want some privacy, so it would make sense to have your master suite and study upstairs. And what a master suite it would be. You’d have a large luxury ensuite, his ‘n’ hers dressing rooms, plus a balcony to enjoy the views. Some privacy for your guests or the kids would be good too, so you’d have a seperate wing downstairs comprising two large double bedrooms either side of the bathroom. Outside, a real head-turner. ELEMENTS RE-SIZED. We realise that our Fundamental design may not suit everyone's needs. It could be beacuse of block size, or that you simply don't need a home of the size presented. This slightly reduced version of the Elements home comes with a different mix of specifications, yet still retains the integrity of the design.
